Up to 12 photos. Take 2–3 angles of each room and close-ups of buildup. Choose the same room for all its photos. Avoid people, documents, valuables and access codes. Photos are resized before upload.Photos are accessible to your signed-in account and authorized business staff, not displayed publicly or used for advertising. For cleaning estimates, photos are securely processed by an AI service only to assess visible cleaning workload; the system does not identify people or infer sensitive traits. Unclear images are flagged for manual review. Photo files are deleted after 90 days. Unbooked quotes can be deleted from My Quotes.
